Sylvia Oh, Korean designer Sylvia Oh graduated from Oklahoma City University in 1995, majoring in Art. In 2001, Sylvia established her own fashion label, “Monte Milano”. Starting from 2007, she frequently participated in Korean fashion shows and Hong Kong fashion exhibitions. In 2008, Sylvia visited the fashion fair in Las Vegas. In 2009, Sylvia was invited to participate in one of the biggest Korean fashion shows. Later that year, she received the Most Excellent Award from the Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy. In 2013, Sylvia was invited to participate in the 21st China International Fashion Expo and Korean Fashion Festival. Sylvia has always been very active in the fashion industry. This year, Sylvia brought her “Monte Milano” label to represent Korea in the “Korea Macao Encounter Spring/Summer Fashion Exhibition” organized by Macao Fashion Gallery. She incorporated some of the latest 2013 Macao digital print fabric into her design, showing off the light and easy side of Macao in her collection. The refined fabric that Sylvia chose helps to bring fresh bright colors and lively styles to her collection.
