With a deep love for Chinese culture, Phoebe Lai founded Housizit, the first cultural and creative brand following Chinese aesthetics in Macao, in April 2018 in collaboration with Ally Li, an inheritor of Kunqu in Macao. She has participated in the Subsidy Program for Fashion Design on Sample Making launched by the Macao SAR Government and has won the subsidy many times. Prior to this venture, Phoebe Lai established herself as a fashion blogger in Los Angeles. Since 2018, she has been crafting a captivating series of fashion designs that harmoniously merge contemporary trends with Chinese elements. Garnering immense popularity, her works have been showcased multiple times at the Macao Fashion Festival.
